Miguel Ángel Fernández Moreno
CEO & FOUNDER
With over 14 years of experience in real estate and project management, Miguel has successfully overseen high-impact developments across Brazil, Spain, and the United States.
In 2006, he entered the Brazilian market, founding HF International Ltd., where he led project planning, operational management, and execution for large-scale developments. During his tenure in Brazil, he managed projects with a turnover of more than 1,600 units and a total value exceeding USD $100M, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Today, as a leader at HFI Management USA LLC, Miguel drives the company’s operational excellence, overseeing projects with precision, efficiency, and a focus on delivering results for investors and stakeholders. His expertise spans project oversight, risk mitigation, process optimization, and execution strategies that transform complex developments into successful outcomes.
